The moon,
A lake of pure desire.

Blissful peace,
Burning light,
A fire growing with my flight.

Out in the stars I lie.
Awate
The whole,
While in the stunning cold.
To nothing will you hold.

Too far away from home.

I like the first stanza! The second one is great until the last line, and then the rhythm of the whole piece changes. I don't know if it just needs one or two more line breaks, and three less syllables,
